Yorkdale Residential and Hotel Project

The previously proposed development to be located at 3450 Dufferin St. was officially sold by The Gupta Group, and acquired by Fitzrovia Real Estate in September 2020. Previously the site of a Holiday Inn, owned and operated by The Gupta Group and Easton’s Group of Hotels, will now be a three-tower, all-rental development featuring 766 units slated for a 2024 delivery.  The sale was a strategic decision by The Gupta Group to maximize return on capital.
